Paid Survey #1

I have decided to put compains that offer paid surveys. My reason is because..... I hate it when I find a company that does not pay. Instead, they want you to collecte points and enter a drawing. I would rather just collect my $1 or $2.

I am not sure how often they have surveys. You will not know how much you are getting paid until you finish the survey.

Did You Know?

The terms "non toxic," "all natural" and “biodegradable” are not regulated.

Thigs to know

It's best to use a product that list the ways that it is ''non toxic."

A product may say biodegradable, but...... it could still take lots of years for it to biodegrade. These products might not even been good for your health.

Tips

1) During the winter put thick plastic over your windows.
One reason, it keeps a lot of the cold air out.... with less air coming in you don't have to have the heat on as high as you would without it.

We have been putting plastic over our windows for years. We don't cover every window, just the ones near our beds.

2) Use fluorescent bulbs.... They help save money and energy.
3) Reuse boxes...... You can use them when mailing gifts.

Going Green

Almost every one is trying to go Green....So I decided to add the Green Spot. Not only does Going Green help save our planet, it helps to save money. I really don't know much.... but I will be posting alot of what I learn.

Smoothies Week One

Yesterday's smoothie was....
1 cup of milk
1 cup of vanilla yogurt
1 cup of mixed frozen fruit

Today's smoothie
1 cup of water
1 1/2 cup of fruit
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
1 can of frozen pink lemonade

Drinking the smoothies have cut down on the amount of junk food I eat.

Today's smoothie didn't really tast like anything
1 cup of milk
1 cup of vanilla yogurt
1 cup of strawberries

I really like the smoothie we had today... I like these the most
1 cup of milk
1 cup of vanilla yogurt
4 teaspoons of honey
1 cup of mixed fruit
1 cup of strawberries

Smoothie diet


We are trying something different.....
Everyday we are going to make a different smoothie. We call it the smoothie diet. It's not really to lose weight, but a different way to get all the fruit we need
